    Download Beside

    Install Beside on iOS or Android. Integrations are managed from the mobile app.

    Open Zapier in Beside

    Go to Settings → Connected Integrations → Zapier. Tap Connect Zapier.

    Choose the app you want to connect

    Zapier will open in your browser. Search for the app you want to connect and select it. Tap Get started to begin creating your workflow.

    Set up your workflow

    In Zapier, choose a Beside trigger (like a new call, voicemail, or message) and choose an action in the app you selected. You can map fields like caller identity, AI summary, owner, and follow-up date.

    Turn it on
